Dr John Lioufas

Dr Lioufas graduated from Melbourne University way back in the 1980s and completed his anaesthetic training in the early 1990s.
Dr Lioufas is currently a visiting medical officer (VMO) at the Royal Eye and Ear Hopsital and has in the past held appointments at The Royal Women’s Hospital, The Western Hospital and The Williamstown Hospital, where he was co-director of anaesthesia for 5 years.
Dr Lioufas has widespread experience and particular interest in providing anaesthesia for paediatric ear-nose-throat (ENT) surgery, ophthalmic surgery, gynaecological surgery and facio-maxillary surgery.
Dr Lioufas is an active participant in the continuing professional development program of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
